The initiative served as an opportunity to connect with attendees and raise awareness about the importance of environmentally friendly transportation solutions.
Transport Malta, in collaboration with the Office of the President, Local Councils Association and HSBC Bank Malta as the main sponsor of the event, hosted the Green Flag Sustainable Mobility Award Ceremony. This event celebrated initiatives promoting sustainable mobility across communities, recognising outstanding efforts by local councils, schools, and organisations. Supported by Nature Trust, the ceremony highlighted innovative practices aimed at reducing environmental impact. Through this award ceremony, Transport Malta reaffirmed its commitment to raising a culture of sustainable transport, encouraging continued efforts toward eco-conscious development in Malta and Gozo.
